Q. Who can buy from FourStar Lighting?
A. Anyone. There is no minimum order, we accept Visa and MasterCard and all orders are shipped within 24 hours. Special pricing is available for national accounts

Q. Who makes your lamps?
A. We supply lamps from numerous manufacturers. Lamps including GE, Philips, and Sylvania. Ballast including Advance, Universal, Howard and other major manufacturers.

Q. How quickly can I get the lamp I need?
A. We ship all orders on the same day. Any order received before 3:00pm PST, ships that same day by UPS Ground service. Next Day, Second and Third Day delivery is available.

Q. How can I order the lamp, if I don’t know what it is?
A. We make hard-to-find lamps easy to find. Our salespeople have hundreds of pages of cross reference information to find your lamp by your equipment make and model, or by physical description. Contact us at 1-888-840-LITE

Q. What type of guarantee do I have?
A. FourStar Lighting guarantees all lamps regardless of the manufacturer. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will give you a replacement lamp, credit your account, or refund you (your choice), with no questions asked.
